I have been given this as a preparation called Rhino hexal for nasal congestion by a greek pharmacist (i'm British on business here - dont speak much greek!), all the instructions are in greek, and i just wanted to know dosage (he said 1 puff 3 hourly) and if its safe ## This took some searching, since it's not available in the U.S., but I did find the information for you.
