They have several different formulations, but most contain Glucosamine and MSM as the base ingredients, then some herbal supplements, as well. Learn more dietary supplement details here. Need information on swithching from Vivelle Patch 0.375 two times a week to Estrogel 0.06. Doctor told me to use 2 pumps per day but I'm having lots of side effects. Is this too much compared to my vivelle patch dose?
