I need to find this vitamin or an equivelent that has the exact ingredients. I am told that this vitamin is no longer being made by my Doctor. I haven't been able to locate a list of ingredients, but since it is just a vitamin and mineral supplement, it is very likely that you can find something similar or identical among the large number of multivitamin supplements. Could these capsules help with my energy levels? I'm hoping so because I have a caffeine sensitivity. ## It is a multivitamin and mineral supplement, so it might help with energy, I know if I take mine too late in the day, I can't sleep, so I have to be careful. Many of the B vitamins are very well known to help with energy levels. The FDA warns that it may cause nausea, in some people that take it, due to its potency. Is there anything else I can help with?
