I had increased anxiety and depression with Tradjenta. When I called the endocrinologist and reported the increase in anxiety, I was blown off, and told that maybe it was from hypoglycemia, and to eat more regularly. I have stopped taking Tradjenta, and feel 100% better! ## Hello, Roman! How are you doing? Sorry about the problems you had with this medication. How long were you taking it? It is normal for medications to cause side effects for the first couple of weeks, while your body gets used to them, but they usually taper off in severity after that. I'm a type 2 diabetic. I take tradjenta met for men and glibizide. My tester says my blood sugars are acceptable in the 109 to 130 range but my a1c was high so my Dr upped my glibizide to twice a day and left everything else the same. I think the tradjenta is 5mg the met for men is 1000 and my glibizide is 5. My issue is my private parts, I'm a guy and I got a yeast infection. I kinda "dribble" after I go to bathroom. Why I don't know, prostate maybe, but the yeast is caused by my kidneys passing the extra sugar through my urine. Does this drug or any of the others cause this? Please help. I'm itching to death here guys. ## Hello, James! How are you? Has your doctor verified that it's a yeast infection? Dribbling like that is more often a sign of a urinary tr...

Dr suggested she could not find anything that says I need to do that. Suggested I take I tIl surgery. Please help. ## Hello, Nicky! How are you? That is a fairly low dose and, if you take it until the time of your surgery, you shouldn't experience any severe withdrawal effects, so it is usually best to follow your doctor's instructions. Hello all. I'm having a situation. I'm 46 and I'm a diabetic. I take several different medications including metformin 1000 mgs 2× day, Lisinopril 20 mgs 1× day, Tradjenta 5 mgs 1× day, Glipizide 5 mgs 1× day and also a 500 mg Naproxen on occasion along with Suboxone 8/2 mg (×2) 1× a day. I now have issues of not maintaining an erection suitable for intercourse, also seemingly low libido. Not that I'm not interested but can't get "into" it so to speak, possibly from anxiety rising from a fear of not performing. I have some dribbling issues when urinating to. Am I in need of an ED medication, testosterone, or possibly a prostate exam? Please help me out. This is a very sensitive subject.
