I think i need vitamin B12, and I understand that Neurovit is B12 only, without Vitamin B1 and B6. I took B1,B6 and B12 combined but I suddenly experienced tingling/needle-like sensation so stopped taking Supraneuron tablets. ## Have you consulted your doctor to see if you need it? Too much Vitamin B12 can be just as dangerous as not having enough of it in your body. If short term use still proves useful despite the expiration then by all means give it a go. These may also contain pantothenic acid, thiamine, riboflavin, and niacin/niacinamide. Can anybody else verify the exact ratio of ingredients?

Dolo Neurobion Forte contains the following active ingredients: Diclofenac Sodium 37.5 mg Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Nitrate) 100 mg Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 5 mg Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 100 mg / ml Diclofenac, being a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used for pain and inflammation, would have no real effect on someone's ability to cope with anxiety.
