Can I do light exercise while taking Ketek, I train for the world champs in Aug and is a cyclist ## Based on my own understanding of Ketek (Telithromycin), light exercising should be fine. I certainly wouldn't suggest going all out and over-training on it though, just because it's working with your body to fight an infection, which can take it's toll on your energy levels throughout the day. Other details I've found about this medication state the following: "You should start to feel better early in your treatment. Call your doctor if your condition does not improve while you are taking telithromycin. Take telithromycin until you finish the prescription, even if you feel better. If you stop taking telithromycin too soon or if you skip doses of telithromycin, your inf...
