The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including skin redness, irritation, itching, and skin peeling. anti alergic drug ## Trizine is listed as containing Sulfadiazine and Trimethoprim, which is an antibiotic used to treat or prevent infections, but it does not treat allergies. It may cause side effects, such as drowsiness, skin rash, nausea and diarrhea. Are you sure this is the medication you're taking? ## if you are pregnant can you take trizine for flue?

I'm looking for Sufacol Power in the White Plains, NY area. Can someone help? ## Hi Pierre, I am not sure where you can obtain Sulfacol powder (Sulfadiazine) in your area. I've checked to see if it is available on line but haven't had any luck. It may be most helpful to check with your local pharmacy to see if they carry it. It would require a prescription however, and you'd have to see a doctor regardless of the situation. Maybe you can ask him if he's heard of it during your appointment? I am taking Sulfam tri tab, and forgot I was on it (only 2nd day) took one of my two today and had a drink this evening and was hit with extreme nausea and overwhelming hot flashes...is this normal? Is it the alcohol? Alergic to Sulfam? ## Sulfam Tri contains the active ingredient Sulfadiazine, this is an antibiotic. this site is not medical professionals, so you should consult your doctor to be sure, but it was more than likely because of the alcohol. Such issues are why you are told not to drink alcohol when taking prescription medications, it can aggravate the side effects and make them much stronger. I found half of a pill ending with 57 and is blank on the other side. It's large white and oblong. ## Knowing only part of the imprint leaves it open to several possibilities. Just to give some examples, there's a 5mg Buspirone tablet that meets this description with the marking 657. There's a generic Vicodin tablet, which contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone with the marking M357. There's a Sulfadiazine tablet with the marking E757. And that is just some of the tablets that are listed that incorporate the 57 into the end of the imprint. Where was it found?

My husband has a leg ulcer on his shin. He had surgery in April to clean the wound and was given Bactrazine ointment to use. He is on chemotherapy, called Sutent. We have tried all sorts of creams but we cannot get the ulcer to heal. It has been over a year now. We live in Durban South Africa, can anyone please give us advice and will Terrasil actually work? used to have some of this ran out would like to have some more.Gene ## Silvadene contains the active ingredient Silver Sulfadiazine, it is a topical antibacterial, but it has actually been recommended that it not be used in recent times, as it has been found to lengthen healing times, rather than improve them. I do not have any information on where it can be purchased, have you tried asking your doctor, or a pharmacist?

Will I fail a urine test because of prednisone 20 mg and 400 mg Acyclovir? The er said I have Bell's palsy. I got to take one in two days from now for probation. I have not taken anything other than silver sulfadiazine and something else that the e.r. gave me for Bells Palsy. ## I took a urine test at a homeless shelter. I had taken Prednisone for pain an had a positive for Marijuana. They also claimed I was positive for methamphetamine and I have not done that for 5 months. Can Prednisone cause me to be positive for methamphetamine?
