I have a 6 page email on the horrors of artificial sweeteners, especially aspartame. I'm not a medical man, but I think everybody needs to see this. It's horrifying. Give me a nudge if you would like a free copy. No sales nonsense, I just think you should see it! ## Yeah I've heard countless bad things about Aspartame and Splenda. Truth be told I just stick with natural sugar or honey at his point. From what I understand (and I could be wrong) Aspartame was originally banned by the FDA, but then in the 70s Donald Rumsfeld (then head of Searle) formed a special "panel" and pushed its approval through the FDA. Not sure if I have my facts 100% straight but my policy is to avoid foods that are not found in nature regardless...

Hi all, first time posting. Thanks for reading. I have been on suboxone (will call SB bc I don't like "bupe" or "subs"... they just sound like using talk to me and I'm trying to avoid that, nothing against anyone, just my thing...) So today I woke up, took my spironolactone, wellbutrin, abilify, adderall, provigil, and 2mg SB bc I'm trying to taper off. Then I remembered I'm out of the armor thyroid that I switched to about 6 months ago, so I took my levothyroxine. I then took 2 tylenol, had black coffee, green tea with splenda, and toast. A couple minutes later I used the off brand monostat for a yeast infection I'm sure I have, but haven't been to the md yet, and some hydrocortisone. I also smoked about 1/4 of a cigarette... after a few minutes ...
