Is Levosimendan available in the US? ## The US trade name is Simdax, which is manufactured by Abbott labs. ## Where can I get Simdax in the U.S.? My mother is age 73 and currently has a pacemaker implanted. She has been diagnosed with congenital heart failure and is having a very difficult time walking around for extended periods of time and keeping her energy levels up. She was told about the above-mentioned medication as a probable solution for giving her back some of that energy that she has lost. She understands that it's not a long term solution but would like to explore the option.
