h ow long does it take for daliresp to get out of your system. ## Hi Cindi, According to the US National Library of Medicine, "the average plasma half-life of Roflumilast and its metabolite (N-oxide) are reported to be an approximate 17 and 30 hours." Ref: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3351880 This means that after every 17 hours, half of the Roflumilast you took is on it's way out of your system, and in another 17 hours there will be "half of that remaining half" left in your system, and so forth. This isn't including the half life of the metabolite (N-oxide), but if you're only concerned about the drug itself, you should be in the clear after a few days I'd imagine. Although this also depends on how much you took as well as several other factors (suc...

Has Anyone Had A Reaction To Daliresp That Made Them Have Delusions? If So How Long Does It Take to Recover From them? ## Hi Mike, If it's of any help, I noticed the following symptoms (listed below) to be side effects of Daliresp (Roflumilast). Perhaps they could explain the delusional/psychiatric effects your describing: nausea dizziness headache uncontrollable shaking of a part of your body lightheadedness fast heart beat Ref: nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/druginfo/meds/a611034.html#side-effects Based on Roflumilast's half life of 17-30 hours, I would imagine that the effects should stop within a couple days at the most after stopping the medication. Has it gotten to the point where you would need to seek any sort of medical attention? ## mom had day surgery on 11/30/12, she is no ...

It will be highly appreciated if you let me know the minimum daily dose and how long a patient would use Indacterol for COPD. At present it's marketed by BEXIMMCO in Bangladesh under the trade name "ONRIVA 150", instead of onriva 75. I am taking onriva 75 daily one capsule (as an inhaler), but now they are only marketing ONRIVA 150. My Doctor is now out of country to attend some medical seminar, etc. So I am unable to seek a doctor's advice. I'm also interested in knowing if TIOTROPIUM 18mcg is a substitute for Indaceterol maleate or not? Oh, and I am also taking another medicine known as Roflumilast 500 mcg for controling COPD. How long i will take Roflumilast 500 mcg for full control of COPD? I am 72 years old. Your early reply will be appreciated! Thanks and regar...

Also, more frequent need for real bathroom breaks. A difficult choice to make.....has anyone tried going on and off the drug in some organized manner.I went off it for 1 wk but the elephant became intolerable so I put myself back on .Now shall see what ensues re side effects previously experienced.s ## Hello, Congrats on losing the 20lbs! Although I just read that roflumilast can cause weight loss as a side effect, I can only imagine how great that might make someone feel if they felt the need or desire to lose weight. :) But while I don't have any personal experience on this medication, I did want ...
