Rizact is a generic form of Rizatriptan (trade name Maxalt), a 5-HT1 receptor agonist of the triptan class of drugs developed by Merck & Co. for the treatment of migraine headaches. It is available in strengths of 5 and 10 mg as tablets. Rizact is made by Cipla in India and is usually available over the counter.

I'm having itchy skin. It's red and I need to find out which meds I'm allergic too. I've had this happen before. Taking generic maxalt (rizatriptan) and mannitol. My meds include a generic for nexium. I have migraines 3 to 4 times a month. I have lost my job and have no insurance. My Dr. has give me sample of your product and it has works well. Could you please send me some samples. Maxalt contains the active ingredient Rizatriptan and is used to treat migraines. It is made by the Merck Pharmaceutical company, but I do not know for sure if they have any sampling or discount programs available. Have you tried asking your doctor for more samples?

Wow inpatient hospital for severe migraine I have been given DHE and Thorazine… After a week I am going to be released hopefully today but tells me D HD and Thorazine cannot be used once you leave the hospital he is putting me on Maxal I believe it's called just looking for some advice ## Hello, DD! I am taking a chemo pill called capecitabine and am having migraines. Can butalbital and rizatriptan be taken with it or will there be an interaction?
