How many mgs of Risperdal Consta are released daily from the 2 week shot of 12.5? Additionally my son had an awful reaction to Invega when it first came out. So far so good on the Risperdal Consta. I was just wondering if he transitions to the Invega Sustenna (4 week) dose would that be any different and why? ## There are 2 mgs released daily in the 12.5 two week shot. My son also had a miserable reaction to the Invega when it first came out although it's supposed to filter thru the kidneys and therefore be easier on the liver. Was forced to take risperdal Consta injections for 5 months after an adverse reaction to prednisone. I have lost my ability to feel joy, love and happiness. I also have cognitive and memory difficulties. Apathy, fatigue and social anxiety are still lingering, even though I have been off the drug for 6 months. Prior to this "treatment" I had never been suicidal, now I pray for God to take me in my sleep. a friend of mine is taking Risperdal consta 50mg IM every two weeks, he was a promising athlete but now complains that he can no longer function at a high level of physical health?! because of taking the drug? how detrimental to physical fitness is risperidone & can u achieve high levels of fitness if you train hard???? thanks, all info would be useful!!! I have 2 round, white pills which have 93 on one side and 7240 on the other. I'm not sure what they are but I know that there has been 3 or 4 kids that have spent the night with ADHD (my son also has ADHD). I'm pretty sure I know which boy left this here but I'm not positive and very curious. I have tried several pill identifiers but I'm either missing the pill or it's not listed. I was injected with four risperdal consta injections I suffered from sedation and from low sex drive, I have been off the drug since January this year. the prolactin level increased to 60 while I was on the drug. however now the prolactin level has gone back to its normal level around 11. despite that my sexually drive is not like it was before I took the consta. I am wondering when will my sexual life resume back to normal
