I was taking reductil for weight loss, and was recently diagnosed with high blood pressure as a result of anxiety and put on Minax 50 tablets. Can I still take reductil with these? My doctor did not answer this question and said it was up to me? Am a little concerned! Am I able to take both? ## what are the side affects of Minax 50 in relation to muscules

I ordered Reductil 10mg from what I thought was a US company but got Sibutramine capsules from Zen labs India. Does anyone know if they are safe to use? Do they work? ## Sibutramine is the active ingredient in Reductil, so you got the generic version. As to the exact tablets you received, I cannot say, I have no experience with them. This should only be used under a doctor's supervision, it can cause side effects such as: nausea, dizziness, irritability, insomnia and anorexia. I have used reductil before with no side effects. What about the diet pill Phen37? ## Unfortunately, I can't find any definitive information on what this contains. Have you tried asking your doctor, or pharmacist? In some cases, if the products contain some type of stimulant, it can be problematic for you, because it can elevate blood pressure and heart rate. Therefore, you should check with your doctor, before taking it.

Have been on Cymbalta due to depression My husband died that is why I was prescribed Cymbalta have gained 30kgs apart from that side effects are horrendous have been off it a week. Cannot get Reductil/Slimex her in Aus have purchased on line so do not want to ask my GP as is now illegal & do not want her to get into trouble knowing I am on it my question is when should I start taking it should I wait till Cymbalta is out of my system and when do you know it is out. I wanted to loose weight and was prescribed a diet drug known by the names MERIDIA, REDUCTIL, SIBUTREX, SIBUTRAMINE AND SIBUTRAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE. At the time I was in a lawyer in a high pressure area, successful, enthusiastic, fit and rather conservative in nature. I did not know that this drug was structurally related to AMPHETAMINES ("New Drugs". Australian Prescriber 25 (1): 22. 2002).
