Can I take Prilosec OTC 20.6mg while taking Dexilant Caps. 60mg in the morning. ## Dexilant contains the active ingredient Dexlansoprazole, it is most commonly used to reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach to treat GERD. Prilosec contains the active ingredient Omeprazole, which is a medication in the same class, thus using both is not advisable, because it is doubling up on the same type of medication. How many tablets of Omepron are recommended per day and what is the best time of day for taking this medicine? Also, should it be taken before or after meals? ## This appears to be an overseas equivalent of Prilosec OTC - one tablet, once a day, anytime - at the same time every day.

Peach colored tablet about 1/2 long and 1/4 wide and 1/8 thick with and underlined capital P imprint on it along its length. ## i found a pill laying around the house with a captal P on one side and its paechy in coor what could this be ## What I found is pretty close to your description except that on each side of the score there is a b stamped. ## Based on what is being described here, it sounds like it is most likely a Prilosec OTC (an over the counter antacid). Hello, I'm a nurse and suffer with heartburn. I'm about to change jobs which means the common drug urinalysis. I remembered that prilosec commonly shows UP as THC so I took a home test from Walmart and i am positive. I took the Prilosec OTC for a month and a half. And bedore that a month of nexium. Can any otc meds test positive for method? I do not do method nor am I around anyone that does but I test positive for methiphedimen from a drug screen. Can otc meds such as prilosec, zantac, mucus pe, nyquil any of those cause me too test postitve
