Does taking the drug FORTEO affect one's INR? ## Sorry, this site does not have any doctor or nurses here, what are you referring to as INR? ## It shouldn't as it is a Parathyroid hormone replacement. If you need more information the National Institute of Health is the first place to start. ## Hi, If you are considering taking Forteo, please go to web page Patientville.com and type in the drug's name. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including dry mouth, bone pain. muscle pain, loss of appetite, and nausea. Did they not give you a patient information sheet?
