I would like to know if there is ANY drug close to Nuvance which has been approved in the United States or in Europe to treat chronic sinusitis? ## Based on my research, the primary use of Nuvance is in the treatment of "allergic asthma". It may also be of use in the treatment of organ transplant rejection, graft versus host disease, allergy and infectious disease. I have yet to find any specific details even remotely related to chronic sinusitis, other than it's vaguely mentioned indications for 'allergies and infectious diseases'. Sinusitis itself is a sinus infection, but I believe there are many different antibiotics that doctors can prescribe for this type of condition.
