My doctor in Brazil told me to tale Nimesulida, but I forgot it there. I arrived 2 data ago in Los Angeles and I'm in pain. Is there any medicine with Nimesulida that I can buy over-the-counter in a CVS or other pharmacy? ## No, I'm sorry, it isn't. It isn't even available in the U.S. by prescription, due to the severe risk of liver toxicity that is associated with it. Have you tried seeing a doctor here to find an alternative medication?

Is nisulid a blood thinner? Can I take it 2 days before surgery for muscle pain? ## Nisulid contains the active ingredient Nimesulide, which is a NSAID, commonly used to treat pain, fever and swelling. And yes, this class of medications usually does cause some blood thinning and should not be used for several days before surgery, unless your docotr has specifically instructed you to do so.
