Has anyone used Nasacort (nasal spray) for Vertigo? ## Yes, actually i was this week. I've been having vertigo for 4 weeks probably a total of 6 times, happens very suddenly. My doctor wants me to try this spray and then come back if it is still happening, i've been using the spray for 3 days and it happened today. So i'm not the confident that its working really, my thought is that its an infection of some kind, not just an allergic reaction. ## Some cases of vertigo are known to be caused by allergies, in such cases, treating the allergy, and its symptoms can help treat the vertigo. Is stomach problems a side effect of Nasacort? I have had painful ones since starting Nasacort about one week ago, as well as some nausea. I use the spray for allergy relief, and never thought it might effect my stomach in any way. Thanks for any help with this matter. ## Hello, Mimi! How are you? When can I get it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ## Nasacort HFA is only available by prescription. Have you checked with your local pharmacy to see if they carry it? It contains the active ingredient Triamcinolone, which is a steroid class medication and due to the risk of possible side effects, you do have to have your doctor's approval and a prescription to purchase it. Well, my husband and I tried to get our Fluticasone refilled today and we were told that there is a shortage and the pharmacy said it could be months before they get a supply in. They said they will order it every day. Doesn't give us much consolation. Have asked our doctors to prescribe something else. Well my insurance company will pay some on Nasacort and my husband's company will only pay half which makes it too expensive for him to purchase. What the heck is going on with these drugs companies? Lately I've noticed swelling on the sides of both lower shins. I have numbness in the right foot (Big Toe.. the upper tip) only. I also noticed that there is indentations around the top of my (to the ankle)sport socks. I exercise daily but have never had this problem before. I am a 58 yr. old female. What is Nasacort and what is it's useage?

SWIM took klonopin back in May, SWIM tested positive for Benzos on August 27th is that even possible? SWIM is 6' , 230 fairly active.. Works in construction, sweats a lot everyday and plays basketball 2x a week. SWIM is also prescribed 100 mg sertraline (Zoloft) , 100 mg Lamotrigine, they've been taking Zantrex Black ( OTC diet pills) , Benadryl ( OTC) , Nasacort (OTC) and took one trazodone ( wife's prescription to aid insomnia) 2 days before the test. It was being sent off for further testing , should SWIM be concerned about failing for benzos?
