Hi ive used mifrestone and misoprostol twice. 1 tab mifrestone and 6 tabs misoprostol. But nothing happened. Just spotting brownish . And then try it again. But still nothing happened. What is that mean? Does it mean the only choice i have is D & C? Or how will you know if the med is fake? ## Are these medications available by prescription-only? my wife is 6 weeks fregannacy and she took 2 tablet of Misorprostol 200g and she got little bleeding after 5 hrs but it is not continue. then she took onerther 2tablets after 12 hrs but there is no sign of bleeding. now almost 7 days gone we checked the urine it is showing positive. what shall i do ## At this point, if the medication hasn't worked, she will most likely need to see a doctor to have a medical abortion procedure. I am a Nigerian. I am pregnant and I can't keep the child, my pregnancy would be 1 week from my supposed missed period date. On the 5th day of my pregnancy I took 4 misoprostol under my tongue. I had cramps and diarrhea. I didn't bleed very well. Bleeding did not last more than 20 minutes so I was scared and I took another 4 orally and I slept off in pain. No bleeding still. I woke up on the 5th day of pregnancy which is today and no bleeding just cramps, so I swallowed the remaining 2 misoprostol tabs and up till now no serious bleeding. I am scared. I just found out that I'm pregnant. Its not up to a month,cos I tested during the time I was expecting my period. Is Mifepristone and misoprostol taken with empty stomach and misoprostol must be taken after 24hrs of Mifepristone or can I take along with Mifepristone in the morning ## I inserted abt 12 misorpostol vaginally ,24hrs after taking miferpostone orally. I am 21 going to 22, I had sex on september after which I saw ma period on d 26th of October, but to my surprise I missed my period on November and this is December.
