What i want to know is if i take a medicine :- 1. 500 mg tablet, orally 2. 500 mg injection intravenously is it the same ? or is the injection more effective ? Does 500 mg mean that 500 miligram of the said drug will be reaching the target tissue ? because if yes then both pill and injection should have the same effect. So, while this may be a 0.5mg tablet, as Hayley says, there is no way to be absolutely certain, without knowing what the imprint on it is. The color doesn't actually mean anything. I was told by a marine recruiter that it does. ## I would think yes since it is a medication made to treat people that have bipolar disorder.
