Can u tell me if oxycontin is in Lorcet.... Thank you.... ## Hello Debbie! How are you? I think you're confusing several different medications, so I'll try to clear this up for you. :-) Oxycontin contains the active ingredient Oxycodone in a time released formulation, so that is the only active ingredient in it. Regular release Oxycodone is used in some others, though, such as Percocet, which contains Acetaminophen and Oxycodone, or Roxicodne, which just contains the regular release Oxycodone by itself. Learn more Oxycodone details here. And no, Oxycodone is not an ingredient in Lorcet. Lorcet contains the active ingredients Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, so it still contains a narcotic analgesic, but a different one. This medication has the potential to be habit forming and may...

I have been reading that the m366 is a vicodin but my proscription said norco 7.5 get it filled it say lorcet plus. How is everyone getting its a vicodin? ## All the medications you've mentioned are just different brand names for the same thing, Hydrocodone coupled with Acetaminophen, thus it really doesn't matter which one it's referred to as being. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

White Oblong with 201 on one side ## If the only thing on the tablet is a 201 with no other markings then it is NOT Lorcet, nor any type or narcotic. Is is Naproxen Sodium 375mgs, a generic for Napralan. This is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, same stuff you find in Aleve, just in a prescription strength.

I'm using Percocet right now and they aren't helping me much anymore, would Lorcet be a good pain killer to switch to ? ## it takes 15mgs of perocet to provide the same relief as 10 mgs of hydrocodone ## Percocet contain Oxycodone, and Acetaminophen, while Lorcet contains Hyrocodone with Acetaminophen. Oxycodone is stronger than Hydrocodone, so Lorcet may not work as well for pain, but it can vary from person to person. The FDA warns that these medications carry the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. MY DOCTOR SAID THEY DONT MAKE LORCET 10/650 AND I HAVE BEEN ON THIS MEDICATION FOR SEVERAL YRS. WHAT SHOULD I DO OR IS IT TRUE ## Hello, Denise! How are you? Yes, it is true. Due to the risks of liver damage or failure that can be associated with long-term use of high amounts of Acetaminophen, plus the risks of overdose, the FDA requested that all manufacturers lower the amount of Acetaminophen in all combination prescription medications to no more than 325mgs per dose. Learn more Norco details here. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Lower dosages will be available, you can still get the different doses of Hydrocodone, but they will all be coupled with n...

white 503 ## Watson 503 contains Acetaminophen 650mgs and Hydrocodone 10mgs, this is a generic for Lorcet, a potent narcotic pain reliever. ## They don't make them like they use to cuz Watson is a sell out and now Watsons pills suck. The colored ones r better. ## If pain pills are addictive so what. If a person is in so much pain like myself they will be taking them the rest of their lives anyway. I was taking 200 mlg of morphine twice a day plus oxy 30's eight times a day and the quality of my life was never better

I am on pain pills to manage the chronic pain I experience from Fibromyalgia, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Neuropathy, and back/disc problems. We moved, so I just changed pharmacies. I get a Rx every month for hydrocodone-apap 7.5-650 (used to get 10-650's but couldn't stand the nausea, so I asked them to bump it down a bit). I used to get the pink pills that had WATSON 502 (I think it was) on them, generic for Lorcet Plus. Now I filled the same Rx at the new pharmacy and they gave me some white scored oblong tablet that says M359. It also says generic for Lorcet Plus tablet. Can anyone please tell me if there is a difference other than the manufacturer of the pills? (like, if one is better than the other). The old ones (WATSON) seemed like they took forever to kick in and at t...

I hurt my back pulling at work and was needing to file worker's comp, and I know they'll have to drug test. My doctor has me on Ambien and Xanax to sleep. What I'm worried over is the Lorcet and Flexerll I took of my wife's the evening I was hurt. I Need to know how long Lorcet plus stays in ones's system. ## If you only took it that once and haven't been taking it regularly or abusing it, then you will be fine. The initial doses only stay in your system for about 24 hours or so. ## It will stay in your system for about a week. Even one pill will stay that long and it can easily be picked up because drug tests today are so accurate and has a very small amount to be considered a failure and they always test for opiates (Loratab is in that catagory). Accurate enoug...
