I am taking Desipramine for adult ADD/anxiety. Can I take Lobeline for smoking/alchohol cessation since they both work with nuerotransmitters/seratonin levels? ## It is not advisable to combine anything, without first consulting your doctor. Desipramine is a Tricyclic antidepressant and they often cause problems mixing with other substances. this site is not medical professionals, though, so cannot possibly advise on this. Have you asked your doctor about it? Lobeline is a natural supplement, however, they can be just as potent as many medications and carry side effects, though these are not usually studied.
