(NDC 49281-721) Also look into these Quadrivalent Influenza vaccines, as they appear to contain inactivated (dead) flu virus (there may be others as well): - AFLURIA Quadrivalent (NDC 33332-221) - FluLaval Quadrivalent (NDC 19515-818) - Flucelvax Quadrivalent (NDC 70461-321) - Fluzone Quadrivalent (NDC 49281-121) Be sure to check with the pharmacy or wherever else you'd get the vaccine ahead of time and ask them which one they are administering.
