This is pretty much a characteristic of most NSAIDs. Aspirin is the most common NSAID known to actually think the blood. ## Ibuprofen has been known to cause hemorrhage, so yes, it can cause blood thinning, and other issues, according to FDA reports. I have round red pill with #44 112 on it that's used for nasal congestion. Does it have ibuprofen in it? ## No, Chain Drug Marketing lists this tablet as solely containing 30mgs of Pseudoephedrine. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia, dry mouth, and irritability. Is there anything else I can help with?

What is the purpose of the Nizer D tablet? Can it be taken by someone with asthma? Does it contain aspirin, sulfur or ibuprofen? ## Nizer D contains 100mgs of Nimesulide and 120mgs of Pseudoephedrine. This combines a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory with a decongestant. I see no warnings listed regarding the use of them in Asthma patients, however, this site is not medical professionals, so you should consult your doctor to be certain. ## Will it cause any harm if it is taken after it expires?

What is this green liquid gel cap with 10 200 written on it? ## Hello, Phil! How are you? I can't find an image to confirm, so I can't be completely sure, but this might be a store brand of Advil Cold & Sinus, which contains 200mgs of Ibuprofen and 10mgs of Phenylephrine, unless it's really old, then it may contain Pseudoephedrine. Does anyone else recognize this gelcap?
