Does neurontin show up in a icare drug test for/as coke (crack)? My friend needs to know if her husband is lying. ## Absolutely not. Gabapentin (neurontin) does not show up as anything in a drug test. If it had the chance to show up as anything, a benzo maybe but definitely not coke or crack.
