Walmart shows that they make extra strength pain relief PM tablets that has 500mgs of Acetaminophen (for pain) + 25mgs of Diphenhydramine HCL (as a sleep aid). They also have what's called 'non-drowsy allergy relief tablets' that reportedly contain 10mgs of Loratidine (an antihistamine). Just bought Kirkland acetaminophen & methocarbamol combo bottle. However it now has a 094 on one side of the pill. It never had any imprint before.
