I have been on Rabeprazole for over a year now and occasionally I get a large build up of gas in my stomach which causes considerable pain/discomfort, as sometimes burping is also difficult. Learn more Rabeprazole details here. Thus, I'd suggest looking into other possible causes. Are you doing anything else different on the days you get gassy? Are you drinking more coffee, or soda than usual? Maybe just gulping drinks? Eating salad? Dark leafy greens? Or a lot of soft, yeast breads? Are you on any other medications?
