I am trying to identify what drug this is? Does anybody know? ## Hello, I was unable to find a pill with the imprint 415 but here are two Mylan products that are very close to your description. First is a pill with the imprint M 15 which is a Atropine Sulfate + Diphenoxylate Hydrochloride oral tablet used to treat diarrhea. Here is a link to the first product (NDC 0378-0415-01) Some additional info on this drug. Active Ingredients: - Atropine Sulfate .025mg - Diphenoxylate Hydrochloride 2.5mg Inactive Ingredients: - Silicon Dioxide - Cellulose, Microcrystalline - Starch, Corn - Stearic Acid Size: 6mm Manufacturer: Mylan I also found a Flurazepam Hydrochloride capsule manufactured by Mylan that has the marking Mylan 4415. What is a light blue and white capsule with Mylan 4415 on it? What is it used for? ## This tablet contains Flurazepam 15 mg (NDC 0378-4415). Flurazepam is used to help treat insomnia. Flurazepam (marketed under the brand names Dalmane and Dalmadorm) is a drug which is a benzodiazepine derivative. It possesses anxiolytic, anticonvulsant, hypnotic, sedative and skeletal muscle relaxant properties.
