Found this on my floor. My boyfriend dropped it, but he doesn't know what it is...so I'm asking... ## Is that the complete imprint on the tablet? There is one that matches this description that also has an A on the opposite side, which is manufactured by Aurobindo Pharma and they list it as containing 30mgs of Mirtazapine, which an antidepressant. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings and weight changes. Is there anything else I can help with?

Found on friends floor. Size of pea. One side has GG on top and 40 underneath. Other side is plain. Known to take pain killers. Has shiney coating. ## Hello, Rosebud! How are you? Found a small octagonal white pill, no coating, NN on one side, letters separated by a single score, and 5 on opposite side in my sons room and just wanted to see what it is before talking to him about it. Never seen a pill like this in Canada. Help! ## I just found 1 if the same in my kitchen floor and no one in my household is perscribed this. What is it? ## It sounds like Amlodipine besylate which is a calcium blocker heart medication. Scary if it is being passed off as fun drugs. Can really mess you up.

found a pill on the floor while cleaning up at a bar. It is oblong sectioned into thirds that are red white and blue. this pill is coated and the letter L is in black on the top... I am not sure it is a prescription drug or over the counter. The pill is 3/8 round and the top and botom are not flat. ## what is it?? did you ever find out ## Is an L the only marking or are there any additional numbers or letters? ## It turned out not be a prescription at all... I found a small bottle of 81 mg aspirin and that was it (why it had an 'L' on it, don't know). Funny how it happened... I saw another of those pills on the floor near the breakfast table and started to search and found the bottle in my husband's pantry where he certain foods stuff that he likes. i foound a pink pill with 31 on one side and a 93 on the other ## This is Oxycodone Extended Release 20mgs, a generic Oxycontin. ## Many people find pills in various places, dropped on the ground or floor by others and they are concerned about what it is, in fear that children or pets might have eaten one. In their children's coats pockets, pants pockets, backpacks and etc. and they are wondering if they should worry or if it is just something OTC. white oblong 44-334 ## I cannot find an identification for this exact pill, but I can tell you that pills marked with a 44 followed by additional numbers are over the counter items. ## I spilled my daily medication this morning and found one of the pills you described when crawling on the floor. I couldn't find any information online either. It turned out to be CVS Extra Strength Headache Relief coated caplets. I'm not in the medical field but I hope that helps.
