I have been taking Exemestane for 2-1/2 months. My hands are numb and also tingling. The pain with the tingling is so bad. It lasts about two minutes and then just feels numb. Also have hip/lower back pain. Called my doc about the hands and she said go off Exemestne for two weeks and see if it goes away. She thinks I have carpal tunnel. I was on Tamoxifan for one year but changed due to horrible leg cramps. Then put on Anastrozole and stopped after two weeks due to body rash. I have taken Exemestane made by Greenstone for two years. Now the pharmacy has switched to Exemestane made by Alvogen. Are they of equal quality and effectiveness? ## Hello, Katie! How are you? Yes, it has to be proven to be of the same quality and efficacy to be available on the U.S. market. The FDA lists this medication as being used to treat great cancer. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, visual disturbances, headache, insomnia and depression. Is there anything else I can help with?

I found this on the floor and think it may be a Xanax but not sure. It's a tiny white pill. The front has 25 and the back has a cross. ## By a cross do you mean a line on the back? Could be Exemestane for postmenopausal women, which may slow the growth of certain types of breast tumors that need estrogen to grow in the body. ## Small white pill with either a cross or x shape on front goes across the size of the pill and has 25 on the other side what is this? ## My question is, what shape is this pill you're describing? I found this pill while cleaning between my couch pillows. I have a picture of it if there is a way to post. The other side of the pill has a line so you can cut equally in half. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. ## I have also found a pill that is round orange with one side a line and other side says FP and I looked around my boyfriends stuff and found a packet of them. It is call Exemestane 25 mg from freedom pharma it is a part of his cycle of steroids he is doing a round of anadrol this time and he take not just the shot but 4 different pills. I hope this helps. Why did Alvogen stop making Exemestane? I can no longer get this med as of Dec 2021. No one knows the reason and I called the manufacturer and the rep could not give me a reason.
