white round pill letter N 25 on the front and 3 line on the back ## Hi Karen, The pill you are describing is a 25mg Ephedrine + 200 mg Guaifenesin tablet, made by PDK Labs. The brand name for this pill is "Two-Way MaxBrand". These do have cross scores on the back. Ephedrine is commonly used as a stimulant, appetite suppressant, concentration aid, decongestant, and to treat hypotension associated with anaesthesia. Guaifenesin is used to relieve chest congestion. An interesting combination of medications in my opinion, but it is what it is. :) For more information about these drugs, please refer to the links below... I hope this helps!

Smallish, round white pill. HR212 on one side.Mini on the otherside. What is this pill prescribed for.? And what is it's name.? ## That pill is ephedrine 12.5mg/guaifenesin 200mg. It's a bronchodilator/expectorant. It is called ephedrine plus, broncholate or primatene. I think it's used when you are congested. I also think they are abused as an upper by some.

Is this a possible substitute for Bronkaid which has been taken off the market? ## Bronkaid caplets contain the following active ingredients per caplet: - 25 mg ephedrine sulfate - 400 mg guaifenesin Broncholate also contains the same two active ingredients of Ephedrine + Guaifenesin. Listed below are the available forms and dosages (which you can compare to Bronkaid): Syrup: 6.25mg/5ml + 100mg/5ml Tablet: 12.5mg + 200mg, 25mg + 200mg, 25mg + 400mg Based on the above info, this is considered to be a possible substitute for Bronkaid. Keep in mind though that since they have the same active ingredients, it may only be a matter of time before Broncholate becomes banned as well. I'd just make sure that you are getting yours from a legitimate source. I hope this helps! ## I spoke with Ba...

small round white pill cross lines on one side m23 on the other ## round white pill scored one side m23 otherTTWUC ## The round white pill marked with M23 on one side and cross scored on the other is identified as Ephedrine (25mg) + Guaifenesin (100mg); which is a decongestant and expectorant combination used for relieving congestion, cough, and throat and airway irritation due to colds, flu, or hay fever. Because there appears to be very little information on this tablet concerning it's identification, I had to base my finding off of someone else's ID who had the same pill description as yours. Therefore I cannot confirm the accuracy of this match, but I do hope it helps if you had any prior inkling as to what this pill might've been... I'll be sure to post back if I ca...

it's been a long while back but there used to be a pill going around that was maybe a little smaller than an aspirin and all it had on it was an X on one side they was called white crosses and I'm wondering if anybody knows the medical name of the pill and if they still around? ## Back in the 1990's they were pure Ephedrine HCL 25mg. Now they are a combination of Ephedrine and Guaifenesin. The Guaifenesin is a cough suppresant but is also added to the pills to make it difficult to use the pills for making methamphetamine. ## At one point, the drug being referred to as white crosses contained an amphetamine stimulant, similar to Adderall, or some of the others used to treat ADHD. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such a...

round-white ## This is an over the counter allergy relief tablet. It has 500mg acetaminophen, 12.5mg diphenhydramine and 30mg pseudoephenephrine. It is the type of allergy tablet to dull the pain, dry out the system and drain the sinuses. Side effects include drowsiness, dizziness, blurred vision, heart palpitations, among other side effects. ## Actually, there is no Actaminophen in this one. EP 125, white, round tablet, manufactured by UltraTab, is Ephedrine 12.5mgs and Guaifenesin 200mgs, a decongestant cold remedy. I think you were looking at the Equate tabs sold and made by Wal-Mart, they do not have the EP on them, just the 125. ## No, I wasnt looking at the Equate and according to the database I looked at for Pharmacists only it does say it has acetaminophen, diphenhydramine and p...

I have two pills capsule shaped with a line on one side and a P in a circle on the other they are white ## Let P in a circle on a white oblong shaped table, there is just a line on the other side, does anyone know what this is? ## Hi Craig, The closest match I've been able to is a round yellow pill with a P inside a circle (the circle is about the same circumference as the pill itself) and then a score line on the back. One source tells me that the pill I just described is Primatene (Ephedrine- 12.5 mg + Guaifenesin- 200 mg). However, there is another "P in circle logo" that I found an image of, and apparently it's the Pharmascience Canada logo. With the imprint being so vague it's hard to know for certain what the pill is... Where did you find it? Has anyone else se...

I had just started using Bronkaid when it was recalled. It had helped my breathing tremendously. I switched to Primatene but don't like it as well I've been following the progress of Bronkaid availability, but it is getting frustrating. It was supposed t o be end February. Walmart had a coupon, but then said they had no stock yet. Help! ## @Sandi, If you really don't want to wait any longer for Bronkaid to be restocked, I would actually consider going to a compounding pharmacy to see if they can combine each of the active ingredients in Bronkaid into oral capsules for you: Ephedrine sulfate 25 mg (bronchodilator) + Guaifenesin 400 mg (expectorant). Just run a google search for a "compounding pharmacy (your city)" and there may even be a few that come up in your area....

unfamiliar.. looks like an aspirin but has a capital letter "N" over top of the number 25. No additional markings on the flip side.. just a criss cross imprint. ## It sounds like one of the pain meds that I currently take. Its a form of oxicodone. You may want to check in a current PDR. If you don't have one try and go on line and see if you can find an online version. The PDR stands for Physicians Desk Reference. It has pictures and information about that drug. Good Luck Bobby ## From what I could gather, This white round pill marked "N" over "25" on one side, contains a combination of 25mg Ephedrine + 200mg Guaifenesin made by PDK Labs. The brand name is said to be "Two-Way MaxBrand", and these are confirmed to have the cross scores on the back. Thi...

Can't find what is every where I look on drugs.com and found nothing please help. ## Can you tell me what the country of origin is for this pill? Chances are it is either a prescription product from outside the United States or it can also be an over-the-counter product from anywhere. Any other details which you could provide would be very helpful such as manufacturer, packaging, etc... ## The pill is Walgreen's brand Bronchial Asthma Relief, which contains 12.5mg Ephedrine and 200mg Guaifenesin per pill.
