I went to get a blood test to find out what my T-level was. After about four weeks, the nurse tells me they are normal 3.53 on a level of 1.53-11.00. Can anyone tell me what my total is, because they want me to pay for them to convert it. Oh, I am 35 years old. From my research I know that LabCorp (based in Tulsa, OK) uses a reference range of 348 – 1197 ng/dl (nanograms per deciliter) for determining total testosterone levels. You didn't mention what format (e.g. ng/dl) your numbers are being represented in, but on a scale of 1.53 to 11.00 that sounds very similar with 3...

I have been on TRT for about 6 or 7 years...always on Androgel 1.62, up until two weeks ago when my urologist suggested Testopel. He gave me a shot of Cypionate to last me until my appointment yesterday. I didn't really care for the shot...left me with zero libido and pretty run down. Also, that two week window left me to imagine all sorts of crazy things about my upcoming procedure to insert the pellets. I went into the Doc's office yesterday and he gave me a local anesthetic, which was painless, then proceeded to implant the pellets. The entire procedure was literally completely painless and took less than ten minutes. 24 hours later and I feel like I have a bruise at the site, but it is not what I would categorize as pain. sexual disfunction ## 60 years old male with moderate prostate problems. 8 years of no contact / sexual activities - separated with 4 children. Hi, I'm in an opiate treatment methadone program.... I showed up positive for oxazepam, but my medications are clonazepam, fluoxetine, hydroxyzine, and testosterone cypionate.... They reduced my dose by ten milligrams and said I must be taking other drugs but I am not.... Is there a reason it showed up as that? He takes Clonidine 0.2mg (1am, & 1pm); Amlodipine Besylate 10mg (1pm); Testosterone Cypionate (1ml) 1 per wk; & Hydrocodone 10mg (1 tab four times daily) can any of these meds cause a false positive on a hair follicle test? Cause CPS has taken our kids and is trying to build a case, but we don't do drugs and yet his hair follicle test was off the chart over 11,ooo mg showed up in his hair. I heard that Bupropion in Lisinopril can cause a false positive. And my husband used to use Lisinopril but has since switched to the Clonidine and the Amlodipine Besylate. I believe it is the Besylate that has built up in his system to be causint the false positive.
