I have no known other allergies except for Ciprofloxacin which almost killed me. If my lab work hadn't checked out, they were going to put me on dialysis. Currently my dentist prescribed Cleocin. However, there is no way of knowing if you will or will not be allergic to it, too. You should also double check with your doctor and pharmacist, before taking it, to be extra cautious. My father had surgery on his foot about a month ago. He is also a diabetic. He was prescribed the following tablets by a physician for healing of the foot: CILOSTAZOL, TRAMACET, CLEOCIN, OMEPRAZOLE, CIPROXINA, TRIHEMIC. However, he is vomitting daily and nothing seems to stay down. He is getting chest pains and is coughing intermittently as well. We can't seem to figure out the problem. The physician is saying it is Acid Reflux but it has to be more than this. I read where TRAMACET might cause Gastroparesis. Is this his problem?

If I'm allergic to sulfa can I take lomotil? I had a reaction to the sulfa salt in Levbid. My sulfa allergy is bad enough that I have to watch what vegetables I eat. I'm also allergic to latex, eggs, cleocin, flagyl. I'm not sure which sulfate I'm allergic to. Also am hypersensitive to sulfides and can't drink wine. I don't attempt beer because I have celiacs. Just thought if I provided all my allergies, you might see a common thread. I am taking Skelaxin. The bottle says take one pill 3 times a day as needed. Is that 6 hours or 8 hours in between each dose? I don't usually take the first one of the day til about 7 or 8 in the morning at the earliest if I need it. ## Hello, Marie! How are you? That would be every 8 hours, 6 hours would be 4 times a day.
