Long round white pill with BL 10 on one side and scored on other. They arrived in film pack and say Zolpidem 10m howere I can not find them on the net. Are the zolpidem. The only tablet that I've found that matches this description, including that slightly elongated round shape has BI (capital i) 10 on one side with a score on the other that is manufactured by Boehringer Ingelheim and they list it as being a Combipres tablet that contains 0.3mgs of Clonidine and 15mgs of Chlorthalidone. This medication is listed by the FDA as being most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, increased urination, headache and dehydration. Where did these tablets come from? I'll keep looking...

From what I can find in the prescription drug identification databases, there are two possibilities. If the yellow is a deeper yellow that seems mottled with some white/lighter areas in it, then it is a 2.5mg Methotrexate tablet. The FDA lists it as being used to treat cancer and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, diarrhea, blurred vision and upper stomach pain. However, if it is a paler yellow that is solid in color, then it is a Clorpes tablet, it contains 15mgs of Chlorthalidone and 0.1mg of Clonidine, it is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure.
