On physcian's advice, I have taken OTC Cardiotek for many years. The price has more than doubled since I started taking it - from about $35 to almost $90. TRICARE formulary lists two prescription versions, only one of which is available through the TRICARE mail order pharmacy. The difference is a hyphen. CARDIOTEK-RX is available; CARDIOTEK RX is not. I know that CARDIOTEK RX is manufactured by SJ Pharmaceuticals. Does anyone know who makes CARDIOTEK-RX? ## It is the same exact thing, made by the same company. ## Cardiotek and Cardiotek-RX are different by what is in them. The price is the same for either.

I have taken Cardiotek (on cardiologist's advice) for 11 years. The price has almost tripled during that time. With insurance, I can buy prescription drugs cheaper than that so my question is: What are the differences between the two - Cardiotek and Cardiotek Rx? ## Here's the link to the manufacturer's website, that lists the ingredients in both: Stewart-Jackson Click Here
