After having heart skips or chest pressure and not being able to take statin drugs, since I was alergic to them.(I had a fever and vomiting for 24 hours), I heard that magnesium relaxes arteries, It stopped the chest pressure and heart skips. I use about 3 or 4 pills a day. It also helps with constipation since I have to take narcotics for pain. I hope this helps someone. Magnesium is very low priced at Walmart. Also, if you are on statins, make sure you take CO Q10, 50 to 100 mg because the statins take that out of your body and your heart needs it for a strong beat. ## I want tablets with 1000 mg of calcium 500 mg magnicium and 1000 iu of d3 Ple inform 3 good brands with price if available ## What dose of Magnesium are you taking? is there any Gluten egg or zinc in the PharmAssure 50 mg Zinc tablet? ## Hi Gina, The only details I could gather, are that on PharmAssure's Calcium, Magnesium & Zinc tablets; which do not contain any of the ingredients you mentioned, except for Zinc..but I'm not sure if you mistakenly or intentionally put Zinc down, since the tablet in question is in fact a Zinc supplement. The only other ingredients listed outside of those minerals are: Cellulose and Titanium Dioxide (Natural Mineral Whitener). That said, I do believe that this company keeps gluten and eggs outside of their products, but in order to know for certain about that particular tablet, one would need to look on the packaging label or contact the manufacturer directly. I hope this helps!

I am an ankylosing spondylitis patient. I have been prescribed by a delhi doctor to have tablet DC Bone. However I reside in Kolkata and these tablets r not available here. I have been adviced by the chemist to have Calcimax Forte instead. Though it has the same components, can it be taken as a substitute for DC Bone Tablet. ## I can't find any information on a tablet under the name DC Bone. However, Calcimax Forte contains 1000mgs of Calcium Carbonate, 100mgs of Magnesium, 200i.u.s of Vitamin D and 4mgs of Zinc. So, as long as it meets or exceeds what is in the tablet the doctor recommended, then yes, it is fine to use it, instead. Are there any comments or questions?

I have two plain white oblong pills with no markings on them at all. What could they be? ## @Rwsgirl, Just curious, whereabouts did you get the pills from? Unfortunately there are a wide variety of things this could be due to how broad the description is. I have both calcium and magnesium tablets that share this same depiction. Not to mention the numerous other over-the-counter supplements, illicit drugs and foreign medications that don't require pill imprints like the FDA demands for pharmaceuticals here in the US. So I think once you determine their origin, then other pertinent details might also fall into place more easily... In the meantime I would probably contemplate getting these pills analyzed by a lab and/or drug panel just to have to added clarification as to what drug cat...

I'm vegetarian and need to take Vicadin, other then the gelatin capsule are there anymore animal ingredients in this product? Thank you ## The name brand Vicodin is supplied in tablet form, not capsules. I am not a vegetarian, so I don't know what is or isn't an animal product in this list, but aside from the Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen in the tablets, here is the list of inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, starch, croscarmellose sodium, dibasic calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, and stearic acid. However, this list is only for the name brand medication. The inactive ingredients can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, so a generic of the medication can contain different substances. If you do not have the name brand...

Just has a 30 on one side and no line. I found in wrong bottle ## Never mind. Found out it was outdated actos The actos was really light on other side. Thank you ## @lonewolfangel, Thanks for sharing your finding on that pill ID. I did some research as well and came to the same conclusion after seeing an actual photo of the pill with Actos embedded on one side and 30 on the other. If you need any other more information on the pill, I also found out which inactive ingredients are contained in this tablet. This includes the following: carboxymethylcellulose calcium + hydroxypropyl cellulose + lactose monohydrate + magnesium stearate I know some people can be more sensitive to certain binders/fillers that they put in these tablets, so I wanted to make sure you got those details as well. Will ESB Bufferin ever come back on the market? Bayer does not work as well. ## Extra Strength Bufferin (ESB) contains 500mgs of buffered aspirin. Have you ever tried taking 2 regular strength buffered aspirin. I think its effects would be similar to taking an extra strength one? CVS still sells it's version of "Buffered Regular Strength Aspirin Coated Tablets" OTC, containing aspirin (325mg) + calcium (35 mg) + magnesium (40 mg); which appear to be the same ingredients found in the extra strength version (just at different dosages). If you run a google search for "buffered aspirin cvs", it should come up on CVS's webpage for more details. I hope this helps in any way! ## Thanks, but I've been buying Bayer Buffered extra strength during the hiatus. It's o...

Hello, Wondering as I was taking Levoxyl for ten plus years and then in April 2013 had to start with another replacement as it was taken off the market. My question as it is on the market to use now is there any concerns with gluten in the products with the companies changing hands, and would there be any problems with cross contamination in the process? If not I will change what I am taking now even though I believe the company is not making a 75 dose, will take a 50 with a split. Will Pfizer have the 75 strength back on the market in the future? Thank~you for your response, Dusty ## Hi Dusty, According to Pfizer, Levoxyl (Levothyroxine Sodium) tablets contain the following list of inactive ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose + croscarmellose sodium + magnesium stearate + calcium s...
