Pregnant woman can be use this medicine? ## Buclizine is not a multivitamin, it is an antihistamine that is also used to help prevent nausea and it is not recommended for use in pregnant women, because animal studies have shown risk to the baby. My BP is low mostly 90/60 and I take hard getting my sleep at night so most of the time I got my sleep very late. But if I take Propan Buclizine HCI multivitamins and minerals, I have a good sleep at night and good appetite but I feel asleep always at daytime. I just want to know the benefits and side effects of this vitamin. Need dexapostafen or equivalence in USA ## Dexapostafen contains the active ingredients Dexamethasone and Buclizine and there is no medication available in the U.S. that combines that antihistamine/antiemetic with the steroid. Buclizine isn't even available here, the closest equivalent we have would probably be Meclizine and you would have to take it and the Dexamethasone as separate tablets.
