It would be best to check with the person's doctor to be sure, because some things aren't safe to use, but there is no master list we can refer to. The FDA lists the typical side effects of Benadryl as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and drowsiness. Additionally, Benadryl is only effective at treating allergy symptoms, so if the sinus issue is due to something else, such as a cold, it will not help. Is there anything else I can help with?

I can't find the green Benadryl Allergy Sinus Headache anywhere. Did the box change? Where can I find it? ## I'm not familiar with the box, so I can't say whether or not it has changed. However, from looking it up, it seems that it contains Acetaminophen, Diphenhydramine and Phenylephrine, so what you'll want to look for is a Benadryl product, or even one from a different company that contains those same ingredients. It is light blue, oval shaped and has WL 91 printed on one side. I found a green oblong pill with the numbers 44-464 on it. Please let me know what this is. ## It's a generic allergy medication. I have a really bad sinuses problem for the past month. Allergies I believe trigger this problem. My eyes itch and get watery, my nose drains clear liquid all of the time. I have headaches, and everytime I blow my nose, which is like every half hour 24/7, I feel like my head is going to explode. Is Naldegesic still available or has it been discontinued? ## I was unable to find out about the availability of that specific brand called Naldegesic, as from what I can tell it is manufactured outside of the US. I did find out though that this medication contains a combination of Acetaminophen + Pseudoephedrine as its primary ingredients.
