This is primarily prescriped to treat migraines or cluster headaches, as well as some of the symptoms associated with menopause, such as hot flashes and dizzy spells. ## Walgreens will no longer sell this drug, and hinted at a problem with it's use. However, you may have heard on the news recently about some unapproved drugs that have made it onto the market, ones that the FDA never cleared for use. This contains TWO of these drugs, neither Ergotamine, nor Phenobarbital have ever been proven safe and approved for use or sale in the U.S. by the FDA.
