2 Jan I ordered and paid for a shipment tht to date has not been received. What's the story with this? ## Well, since this is an information only website and don't manufacture nor sell any products of any type, I can't answer your question. Have you tried checking your receipt to discover where you ordered it from and contacting them? These are just nutritional supplements and as such, they are not actually proven to help with anything. If you want to contact the company directly, they list a 24 hour call center number, which is 800-824-4155. And good luck getting the problem straightened out. Are there any other comments or questions? ## I have had great results with Arthri-D3. I am out. I really hurt. I reorded. They say it will take 4 weeks to get order. I am upset.....

My daughter went to the dr with pain in her ear and side of head when she wakes up in the am, he prescribed meloxicam 15 mg every day?? Is this safe he says it's TMJ arthralgia, at 15? I don't think the long term side effects are worth the risk!! ## Have you taken her to see a dentist to have this confirmed? Or perhaps to an ENT specialist? I have TMJ and have experienced pain in those areas on waking up in the morning, but it wasn't due to the TMJ, it was due to an outer ear infection. It occurs very easily if one gets water in their ears and you often hear it referred to as swimmer's ear for that reason, though it can happen due to water from showering and bathing, as well. I'm taking purbac double strength but I can't sleep at all. Anyone else having insomnia? ## That’s because Purbac is an antibiotic. It does nothing for insomnia. ## Isomnia is a common issue with many medications. Purbac contains the active ingredient Sulfamethoxazole, it is most commonly used to treat bacterial infections. The FDA lists its other typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, diarrhea, and arthralgia. How are you doing, now? Has there been any change? Are you on any other medications? ## Yes, I can't sleep, my mind is very active and if I do fall asleep it's only for 3hrs. I also feel tired with no energy. ## I can’t sleep while taking this medication either.
