My mother passed away in May and we have about 15 boxes of Apokyn left. It was so expensive and we are still making payments on it. I know it's not always easy to dump something that you originally paid good money for... but due to safety reasons, the FDA actually provides a specific set of guidelines on how to "properly" dispose of any unused portions of Rx medication.
