I have moved to Greece. I have had a Amitriptyline prescription for chronic nerve pain from the UK since 2006 until now. The Greek Pharmacy has given me ''Anafranil'', he has told me it is the same thing. Does anyone know if this is true? I am a little worried, I only use this at night and Tramadol during the day. My doctor (who I don't have much confidence in) prescribed a combination of 40mg Escitalopram (Lexapro), 200mg Clomipramine (Anafranil) and 60mg Mirtazapine (Remaron). The maximum dose of Escitalopram and Mirtazapine is 20mg and 45mg respectively. This combination seems insane and I've not found anything on the internet to indicate that this combination has ever been used. Has anyone here used this combination of meds at such doses?
