Yellow triangle pill with a line in the middle on side and the other has 8529 on it ## B 529 is a Trital SR tablet, it contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 8mgs of Chlorpheniramine, Phenylephrine, 40mgs and 50mgs of Phenyltoloxamine.. This was an active ingredient in Percogesic, which I found very helpful alternating with fiorcet for migraines. The formula has changed to benadryl and tylenol. If possible, I would prefer to purchase only th pheyltoxoamine with no tylenol. ## I'm sorry, but this site does not manufacture, prescribe, nor sell any medications, this is an information only website. I am also not aware of the any products on the market that only contain the Phenyltoloxamine. The ones I see listed as still being available in North America, such as Novagesic and Pain-Gesic all contain the Acetaminophen. Have you tried asking your doctor or pharmacist?
