I can't tell you anything about it without some markings or something to go by, if there aren't any, we can't even be certain of what the tablet contains. That said, Diphenhydramine is actually not a sleep medication, it is an antihistamine that can cause drowsiness as a side effect, that is often augmented when Acetaminophen is added, so it is often used to help induce sleep. Do you know anything else about the tablet you're questioning?

I have a headache and want to take Advil (Ibuprofen) right now. Only thing is I am planning to take a Tylenol PM (Acetaminophen with Diphenhydramine) in about 2 hours to go to bed. Does anybody know if it is okay to take Acetaminophen a couple hours after taking Ibuprofen?? ## Yes, as long as your doctor approves, they can be combined, and it is sometimes recommended that a person do so, to treat certain types of pain, such as severe headaches, and arthritis. As a matter of fact, there is now a product available over the counter called Advil Dual Action, and it contains Ibuprofen, and Acetaminophen. Actually I believe they are JetAsleep brand sleeping pills with acetaminophen (350mg) and diphenhydramine(50mg). They are made by the same company as JetAwake, so the previous commenter was understandably mistaken by thinking that these also contain caffeine. ## Based on the inscription of TCL 350 and the color blue, it appears to be an over the counter allergy tablet containing Diphenhydramine 50 mg (NDC 42507-066 among others). Can it led to strokes? ## Lenadol contains the active ingredients 400mgs of Paracetamol/Acetaminophen, 5mgs of Diphenhydramine, 50mgs of Caffeine and 10mgs of Codeine. Blue oblong pill and looks like a Tylenol pm tablet. ## TYC 365 light blue cap-shaped, contains Acetaminophen 500mg and Diphenhydramine HCI 25mg.
