my primary dr prescirbed the "butal acet caff" one in Dec 2013 & then my nuerologist said it had aspirin in it so she gave me the "butalbital apap caffeine" today jan 2014 I take coumadin & my blood work has been messed up since dec. anyone know what is the difference between them ## There is no difference between the two you listed, APAP is just medical speak for Acetaminophen, which is what the acet stands for, not Aspirin as the neurologist thought. As to your blood work, what do you mean by messed up? Is your INR fluctuating greatly? ## I have had 3 cervical fusions for a farm injury that resulted in chronic Migraines. The Butalbital with aspirin (ASA) works exponentially better for me than version with acetaminophen.

do these pill make u drowser..and can i take lortab with this medication..and do these pill suppose really stop my headache..and can i go too work and take this pills... ## The tablets you're asking about contain Butalbital, Aspirin, Codeine and Caffeine. Learn more Fioricet details here. Learn more Codeine details here. Yes, since the Codeine is a narcotic opiate, it may cause drowsiness and no, they should not be combined with the Lortab, since it contains Hydrocodone, which is another narcotic and Acetaminophen. Learn more Lortab details here. And I wouldn't suggest taking them, if you have to go to work, until you see how they affect you, since they may also cause dizziness and nausea, in addition to the drowsiness. Are there any other questions I can help with?

I know that he had taken a flexeril for his back ## Hi Doug, Based on your description, the closest match I could find is a white oblong shaped pill imprinted with an "E" on one side and blank on the other. I found a pill in my daughter's pocket, only part of the imprint is visible. It's round, white and the imprint is L?30. Does anyone know what this is? Please e-mail me asap. Thanks. (?=I don't know.) ## Pills marked with an L, followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products, they are sold in many stores as the generic or store brand of commonly available medications, such as Tylenol and Excedrin. Without knowing the full imprint, I can't positively identify it for you, but one possibility would be a generic version of Excedrin Migraine, it meets this description and has the marking of L 430. It contains 250mgs of Aspirin, 250mgs of Acetaminophen and 65mgs of Caffeine. Are there any other comments or questions?
