I want to know the ingredients to see if this particular medication is compatable with Tylenol #3 ## It is not quite the same as Tylenol # 3 ... Tylenol # 3 contains the active ingredients Acetaminophen + Codeine, whereas what you are referring to "HydrocoAPAP 75750" contains Acetaminophen 750 mg + Hydrocodone 7.5 mg (which is basically a generic Vicodin ES).
