White round pill with a capital M on one side and on the other side 736. Someone said it was for blood pressure. ## The closest match I could find is a white round pill with W over 736 on one side and scored on the back, that is reportedly identified as Metoprolol succinate ER (100 mg) - A medication used for treating high blood pressure. For verification, the manufacturer is listed as Wockhardt USA. I've yet to come across anything with the exact description you supplied, but will be sure to post back if I do. Does anyone else here recognize this as being something different?

it was supposed to be a white pill, levothyroxine 50 mcg. however I received green oblong pill with 9 and 3 on one side and 7 3 6 5 onb the other side. the size is also bigger than the white pill I took for years ## Wow! If so, this is a serious mistake and should be reported to them immediately and they need to give you the correct medication.
