I am 24 years old . Diagnosed with Hypertension during february 12. Have been on multiple drug prescription . Longest being TAH 80H (Telimarstan & amolodipine besilate (5 mg) ) . I was on regular Flexeril for a while. Then was on Soma til it stopped working. Was just prescribed 15mg of Amrix at bedtime. Since starting I have been diagnosed with Hyperthoroidism as I have lost 70lbs in the last 10 months. Was in hospital, testing n procedures for possible stomach cancer. That was negative, thank God! However, now the contraindications for Amrix is pts with overactive thyroid (Hyperparathyroidism) shouldn't take it. That's ALL I can find!! Can anyone PLEASE tell me why that is? 15 year old trying to get off of Vyvanse

My 15 year old son has been on some form of stimulants since he was in the 1st grade. He is currently on 70 mg vyvanse. We are trying to get him off of it, but he is having really bad withdrawals so much that it interfering with his school work. Should we try giving him 30mg or is that too low a dose after 50. Is 154/70 considered to be high blood pressure? ## Normal is considered to be 120/80 and normal life activity will cause some fluctuations, so anything slightly lower or higher, such as 125/82 or 110/65 are not considered to be a problem.
