My insurance overrode my treating physician. They changed my Cyclobenzaprene, a small round yellow (MP 283), to a cyclobenzaprine, (577) a same size white pill. I only took this medication when I needed it. And I was comfortable with what I used before. It worked for me. I also take Hydrocodone 7.5 mg. (again ., only when I need it). I have been on methadone for several years. It seems everyone is carrying the round white tabs. These fall apart if you try to cut them which I did as I try to limit amounts.
