5575 Rugby round light green pill ## Watson Pharmaceuticals now owns Rugby and there are products on the market with the Rugby logo that are prescription and over the counter items. Since this one is not listed in the U.S. prescription drug databases, I am guessing that it is probably an over the counter product, because those imprints are not required to be logged with the FDA. You could try contacting them directly, for an identification at 800-272-5525. Can you please post back and let us know what it is, as well?

FYI: The drug manufacturer Watson bought out Activist. Watson "made a business decision" to no longer produce the Watson generic brand of Wellbutrin and only produce the Activist version. Watson was the brand that worked for me (I've tried many) so it's unfortunate they have made this business decision. I've called the company to request they continue to manufacture the Watson version. Anyone going through the same situation may want to call Watson 1-800-272-5525. *** if anyone takes a generic that doesn't work they should notify the F.D.A. 1-855-543-3784. ## Thank you for sharing this info Trace. Ever since Actavis bought out Watson, it seems like most of their meds have all started to go down hill. I mean if they're making these kinds of business decisions ...

white pill v on one side and 4212 on the other side ## I cannot post a picture due to copyright reasons, however, I can tell you that this tablet contains (750 mg) of Methocarbamol. It is white and capsule-shaped (oblong). 4212 is on one side and the letter V is on the other. Methocarbamol is a central muscle relaxant used to treat skeletal muscle spasms. You can read more on it here: Is there anything else I can help you with? ## This pill I have is oblong and blue bigger than a white 10mg hydrocone and only on 1 side says 5525

This is supposed to be Percocet??? Very concerned. ## Apparently someone else who was looking for this same exact pill on another thread, said it was supposed to be a Percocet 10/325mg tablet. However, I understand that the imprint has an R and not an A. It's just the only relative match that I found is "A333" on a white oblong (capsule-shaped) tablet. Makes me wonder if the manufacture simply made a mistake on a good batch of their pills? You could try calling the U.S. Customer Relations for Actavis at +1 (800) 272-5525. Maybe they can confirm whether or not it's truly one of their own. I hope this helps! Does anyone else recognize this pill? ## The "R" looks like an "A" after the 333. It is a Percocet.

it is vital that we get the weights of these ingredients in a watson lortab 10mg. it has to do with a legal debate over different weights in different brand names ## Usually, the physical weight isn't available for any particular medication, because the dosage is, so I have no details on this. You may wish to contact the manufacturer, Watson Pharmaceuticals and ask them to provide you with this information. They have a customer support phone number you can call at: 800-272-5525 Or you can contact their corporate headquarters at: Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc. 311 Bonnie Circle Corona, California 92880 (951) 493-5300 Are there any questions or comments? ## Got some 5 mg from my doc. I've got a peach color pill its round has 271 and half moon is it morphine? ## Hi G, Based on my research, Actavis makes a 30mg Morphine sulfate ER tablet that is depicted as being round and "yellow", marked with 271 and a half moon logo. Seeing that yours is peach colored and not yellow, I'd question its legitimacy right off the bat - unless you had got it filled at a licensed pharmacy? You could also contact Actavis directly to see if the peach color might be a newer version of it... The number for their U.S. Customer Relations is 1-800-272-5525 I hope this helps!

What is this very small round white pill with a Fancy R on one side & it is scored on the other? ## Hi KAB, I haven't found an exact match to your pill, but I did determine who the manufacturer might be, based on your imprint. Actavis Pharmaceuticals happens to be one company that uses the fancy cursive-like "R" on one side of their pill with a set of numbers & a score line on the other. I would actually recommend contacting them directly regarding your inquiry, to see if it's really one of their own. You can reach Actavis U.S. Customer Relations at: +1 (800) 272-5525 I hope this info helps. Please feel free to post back once you figure out what it is!

(now Actavis, Inc); located at: Morris Corporate Center III 400 Interpace Parkway Parsippany, NJ 07054 Contact Details: Phone: +1 862 261-7000 Website: actavis.com ## Hi Alice, I appreciate you sharing the contact info for Actavis, as I imagine that they are probably getting swamped with complaints from manufacturing inferior products such as Norco. Hopefully enough to trigger a change back to the old formula. I also want to mention though, that the phone number for U.S. Customer Relations is different than the one you posted to their "Administrative Headquarters". The number listed on their webpage for Customer Relations is +1 (800) 272-5525. However there's no mention of what office hours they hold on any given day, so if you are able to get th...

I too was recently switched to generic A333 made by Pharma due to shortages. I have experienced upset stomach, indigestion, indigestion, etc...likewise, my pharmacy was CVS. I am NOT getting as much pain relief either & the pain comes back in less than 2 hrs, where as others can last up to 6. Where can I file a complaint? THANKS ## The only place I think it would make sense to file a complaint like this with, would be to contact the manufacturer who makes those specific tablets and let them know what's going on. Maybe if enough people file complaints with them directly, they would start to take a hint. Here's the number to reach Actavis' Customer Service: +1 (800) 272-5525 As a patient having to rely on this medication for chronic pain relief, there's not much else y...

Found a peach colored pill with 311 on one side and a Cresent moon on reverse any help would be appreciated ## Hi Jake, I noticed that you put two different pill descriptions in your post. Is each description intended for two separate tablets? While I haven't been able to locate any close matches, I can say that Actavis is more than likely the manufacturer who makes this. They embed a half moon (crescent moon) logo on many of their tablets, along with a set of numbers on the opposite side. If you have a moment, I'd encourage you to contact Actavis directly to verify that this is something they make. You can reach their U.S. Customer Relations department at +1 (800) 272-5525 I hope this helps! Please post back if you end up getting an answer from them. ## Hi to you both. David, J...

I found an white oblong pill with watson 778 on it. Looked it up and can't find anything on it ## Hi Mysta, Did you get these from a real licensed pharmacy or did you order them from overseas? I also wonder if you could've accidentally misinterpreted the imprint on the pill? Reason I ask is because there are no specific details confirming that these particular tablets even exist (at least through my own research on the internet). You may want to try contacting the manufacturer (Actavis - formerly known as Watson) directly and see if they can determine whether it's something that was previously discontinued. Here is the phone number for the US Customer Relations department: +1 (800) 272-5525 I hope this helps!

Small, tan oval shaped pill with 1/2 moon and #20 on it. ## While I can't find an exact match to your pill, I did determine who a possible manufacturer may be. Actavis Elizabeth LLC (formerly known as Watson) manufacturers tablets with what appears to be a half moon logo, similar to what you described. They happen to have a Suboxone tablet with a half moon logo and the #155 on one side. I'm not insinuating that this is your pill, but it could possibly be a similar drug if it ends up being from the same manufacturer. That said, I'd recommend contacting Actavis directly regarding your inquiry, to see if it's truly one of their own. The Actavis (U.S.) Customer Relations number is: +1 (800) 272-5525 I hope this helps!

I got a new pill today from my pharmacy but it's got a new imprint on it. It's supposed to be a 30 mg R oxycodone but it has like a 8 with a line and weird shape half moon thing with a line. Has anyone seen these or know about if there the same as the m. 30? ## Hi Melissa, What does the "R" stand for in "30 mg R oxycodone"? Did you mean "IR" (immediate release)? I've yet to come across a pill with the imprint you described, but I do know that Actavis Pharmaceuticals produces pills with a half moon (or crescent moon) logo. To find out if your pill description fits one of their products, I would recommend contacting their U.S. Customer Relations directly at: +1 (800) 272-5525 I hope that helps! Does anyone else here recognize this? ## I have a pill with...

Round beige pill crescent moon on one side the other side is either 311 or 3h. I believe it's made by actavis but not sure what kind of pill this is and can't find anything about it during my searches. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ## The closest match I've seen here by Actavis was a round "pink" pill with a crescent moon on one side and 311 on the other. That particular tablet reportedly contains 60mgs of Morphine sulfate ER. I think your guess about the manufacturer being Actavis is spot on, due to the crescent moon. However, my opinion is that it would probably be best to contact Actavis directly in order to verify the ingredients. You can reach their U.S. Customer Relations Department at: +1 (800) 272-5525 I hope this helps!

The magnesium sterate is it plant based or pork ? ## Where can I find Hydroocodone made by Watson in Atlanta GA. Is Watson still manufacturing them since they lowered the Tylenol dosage? ## @Peggy, Based on my research, Watson doesn't appear to list these types of details on their webpage. However, what I am finding is that most drug manufacturers who do use Magnesium stearate as a filler in their tablets, also derive/source it from beef. If you have any reservations about this, it may be best to talk with your doctor or pharmacist about any allergies you might have to certain types of animal products. This way problems like that can be avoided in subsequent prescriptions. For additional product information you can also reach the manufacturer directly at: +1 (800) 272-5525 @Rebecca,...
